Hear the Cry - Entry #1

From time to time I find interesting news articles on the internet or in print that provoke a response or reflection. Usually, I simply share my thoughts with our team and copy the articles for their growth, understanding and awareness. In February, Covenant is launching a blog, on our site, as well as on blogger.com

We will use the blog to share thoughts and reflections regarding the plight of abused and neglected children and creative solutions to meet the needs of children and families in the “system”. Hopefully, this blog will engage the public for the same results as our internal sharing of information. That is, we hope to educate, equip, and encourage individuals and organizations to fight the “giant of child abuse and neglect” by standing up for children that have been knocked down and speaking up for children that have been told to remain silent. The name of the blog is “Hear the Cry”. More to come …
